Preventive maintenance for a working printer that needs cleaning, adjustment, and calibration.
What’s included:
• Basic visual, safety, heating, movement, extrusion, and sensor checks
• Basic cleaning
• Belt, wheel, and fastener checks
• Appropriate lubrication
• Bed and nozzle inspection
• Bed leveling and basic calibration
• Filament-path check
• Test print
Simple maintenance-part installation is included when the part is purchased from Sparks & Spools, including a nozzle, PTFE tube, silicone sock, or build plate. You pay for the part. Customer-supplied parts do not include free installation. Complex replacements require a separate fixed quote.
