What printers do you repair?
We currently evaluate consumer FDM printers. Support for a specific printer or part is confirmed after we review the request. We do not repair resin, UV, or laser machines.
Is submitting the form an appointment?
No. Your appointment is confirmed when Sparks & Spools replies with an available time.
When can I visit or pick up an order?
Walk-in hours are Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–6:00 PM. Weekend visits are available by appointment. Check Google or Facebook for event-week schedule changes.
How quickly do orders ship?
Available shipping options and estimated delivery timing appear during checkout. Contact us before ordering when timing is critical.
Can you help me choose filament?
Yes. Share your printer, project, environment, and experience level. We will narrow the choices using verified product specifications and current availability.
Do refills include a spool?
No. A refill requires a compatible reusable spool. Refill product pages carry a prominent no-spool warning.
