Use the form below and begin your message with Repair, Consultation, Setup, One-on-One, or Class. For repairs, include the printer brand and model, the problem, and any recent changes or error messages. For learning sessions, include two or three days and times that work for you.
Your request is not confirmed until Sparks & Spools replies with an appointment time. The responsible party who drops off equipment must review and sign the repair terms. We do not work with or repair resin, UV, or laser machines at this time. Motherboards and power supplies may be replaced as complete units when vendor-approved replacements are available. Repairs will not involve soldering or creating or modifying wiring, and we will use only vendor-approved parts.
